"My car has been in the shop for 3 weeks. I called the service dept and they said two days for the part. By the way the service dept is always rude, like they are doing you a favor. Called today and spoke to owner. They're not sure if it's the transmission or a part AFTER 3 weeks. Now maybe another 3 weeks. I'm a night shift Hospice and Covid nurse 46 miles from where I live. We've bought 5 cars from Stallings, but never again. They've gone down hill and have no new cars on their lot to buy. I'm very disappointed they used to be the best."
