"So I took my jeep to them on a Saturday morning, for a tire balance. I have special lugs that take a lug key socket to remove. Long story short, my lugs were on so tight they broke the key socket. Instead of hitting me with a bill. They fixed ever lug on my tires for free (20) in total. All in all they did a great job for the money."
