The guy behind the counter (it was either Cleve or Chapman I can't remember), was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They kept the price within the budget I stated (no surprise fees). Also my driver side window wasn't working before I took it in ( all I did was warn them about it, i didn't ask them to look at it or anything), and is now working fine (motor is still old and I need to replace it, but it actually rolls up and down now!).
