"I have had 3 estimates done here and they have all been at least 3 times as expensive as the next most expensive shop I asked. Most recently I had them quote a brake booster for a 95' Del Sol and the price was over $2,000. I had it done at a different shop that is also national and has multiple locations in town. The price was $286 for parts and labor and had it done in about 3hrs after dropping off the car. Pep Boys wanted more than 7 times the price I paid for this simple job. Before agreeing to their prices check at least 2 other shops. They must have the absolute worst prices in town."

"This pep boys location is horrible. The guy at the desk is always in a bad mood and talks down to all the customers. Overcharged me (according to the prices on their website) to balance my tires and then when I immediately had issues with my tires and car shaking, I brought my car back to them and they tried to say it would be $600 to fix, which I couldn't afford at the time so I declined to fix it with them. I brought my car to 2 other mechanics afterwards who both said the issue was that my tires were not balanced properly. I brought my car to a different pepboys location that then told me that the issue was that the tires were not balanced and fixed the problem for free. This pep boys location wants to make tons of money off young girls by over changing, doing work incorrectly, and telling people false diagnoses. This place is a total scam do NOT go here especially if you are a girl or don't know about cars."

"I had a wonderful experience here today. Jasmine, Deedee, and Bobby helped fix my flat tire, and were such nice people, even this close to closing time! I walked in the doors and got back into my car within a half hour. If you need to get your car serviced quickly and live somewhere near Tennessee St, I highly recommend."

"I brought my truck in to get a new set of wheels and on my drive over my brakes popped as well. They were very quick to get both issues fixed by the next day and I had my truck very quickly and it is running great now. Delk was very helpful as he quickly got my spare tire swapped out as well. Everyone here was very helpful and nice."
