Penske Truck Rental

"So I drive for a company that leases trucks from penske ( had I known this before hand I would Never have come to work for this company). My truck broke down and I was towed to this location. This is the SMALLEST location I have ever seen. They don't even have a driver's lounge and they don't care if drivers are comfortable. They have 3 hard plastic chairs. Avoid this place if possible!!!!"

"The truck was noisy and speed capped at 75mph which made passing on hwys with a 75mph speed limit impossible. Price was comparable to uhaul but unlimited miles with Penske. The customer service with Penske was a thousand times better than uhaul. I spent atleast 6 hours of hold time trying to fix issues with my uhaul rental while Penske truck rental employee stayed late so I could get my rental truck. The uhaul I rented was dirty, looked like a soda exploded in the cab had puddles of water in it and a crack all the way across the windshield it was the only one they had so I took it but driving to my house we realized it had a blow out on the inner rear passenger tire, there was ashes in the ashtray and they said maybe the could give me a discount when I dropped it off 1200 miles later. I'm so thankful for Penske when uhaul wasted 6 hours of my day when I had to be out of the house I no longer owned the next morning. Pictures of uhaul they wanted me to pay full price for."
