"They ripped me off on technicalities. In the past I rented for a whole week and when I returned the car early they prorated the fee accordingly. This time they would NOT prorate the fee when I brought it back after 4 days early (I more than double over-paid). They said I should have read the contract... yeah right... I don't like it when big companies use incredibly long contracts written by whole teams of lawyers and then screw me on technicalities... they will win everytime that way. I will only do business with a company that treats me fairly regardless of the legalise in the contract. They should have treated me like they did on previous occassions. I will not do business with Budget."
