"The service I have received here has been beyond HELL. I called to make an appointment for my truck. I asked if it was ok to drop it off the day before because I do not live in town. I was told that it would be ok and the work was covered by the warranty and would take a day. ( to me that meant it would take 24 hours. ) There were issues when I went to drop it off. It seems the appointment was not for the work to be done, but to talk to the service tech. Also, I was then told that the work may not be covered by the warranty. About halfway through the day I called about when my truck would be done. I was then told the work would be 24 to 48 hours, but they would know something by the next afternoon. So, it went from one day to now 2 days for the work. I then called at 5pm the 2nd day. Still not done, maybe by 6pm but they will let me know. I have told them from the beginning that I do not live in town. It takes me an hour to get there if I can get a ride. (Once again something I discussed beforehand). By the way the work I needed to get done was diagnostic work that they told me only takes an hour. Do not take your vehicle here unless you want them to have it for days on end. I still don’t have my truck back for a “hours’ worth of work”."
