"Seems to have gone downhill, had a dump bed lift cylinder replaced after having to call them back many times about price and availability because they would not return calls. After it was all said and done the bill on my credit card statement was $117 more than the total on my my invoice. I called to find out why and she said it was an automatic charge created from using a credit card and that they usually tell customers about. I told her I would have paid cash to avoid that charge, she said she was sorry and hung up while I was talking. My business will go to Reed Heffernen at RPM."

Very fair on price of services. It’s hard to find good service these days but these people are excellent. Even cleaned up the leaky mess I made on my truck with a pressure washer when repairs was done."
