"We ordered online from pizzas. And when we got there, they were chatting instead of really working the one lady act like she couldn’t hear me. I was trying to tell the names and my numbers if my pizza, she said that we don’t have our pizzas or the name. So we went back home check make sure it was the right store, then came back, and the lady was not paying attention to us really she decided to help us. Did she ask our names like three times again and she fully got our pizza. Even my dad saw our pizzas on the shelf."

"Last night I couldn't cancel my order because the manager said can you hold and I said no and was still put on hold without another word I have bought pizza from this store several times but I have never been treated like that"

"We ordered something totally different then what we got but when I called to tell them they told me I was wrong. I tried to eat what they sent but it was very nasty."

"My friend has a gluten intolerance and therefore ordered a gluten-free crust. Once we got the pizzas, my friend was a bit hesitant to eat it so we called to make sure that the pizza she got was gluten free. Rather than notify us that they were out of gluten-free crust, they decided to cut a thin crust pizza in half and serve that to her in a box labeled "gluten-free." Verbatim, this is what the employee told us on the phone once we asked. Crazily, this DOESN'T remove the gluten from the crust. Overall it was just incredibly inconsiderate and grossly negligent for them to not notify us and just try to sneak a thin crust as a gluten-free. Would give them no stars if I could."

"Ordered 2 papadias, one buffalo chicken with onions on accident and one parmesan encrusted steak and cheese papadia. I realized I got onions on the buffalo after I ordered so I called to see if they could fix it before it was delivered. The manager answered right away and even though he sounded super busy, took the time to fix my mistake and make sure my order came as how I wanted it. Thats how customer service should be! The food came within 30 minutes and it was as hot as it came out of the oven. The papadias are a hit and if you haven't had them yet, give them a go!"
