"Came for service during regular business hours for my mother's car and they were closed—which I can understand: short-staffing, call-outs and things happen. But they were very rude to my mother in their explanation (or lack thereof) that they were closed."
"DO NOT BRING VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE. I brought my 2007 Honda Ridgeline in on 1/31/2021 for a simple tire balance. As shown in the photos, they did not lift the vehicle by the reinforced jack points near the wheels, but by the pinch weld under the body of the truck. I did not want to make a big deal out of cosmetic damage to the truck, so I nicely mentioned it to the staff on duty and requested that they use the correct lift points in the future. The lady that did the work on my truck became belligerent, and insisted that she lifted the vehicle “according to Walmart policy.” Since it appears that Walmart policy includes damaging my vehicle, I will not be returning, even though I paid for a lifetime rotate and balance."
