"Almost had a double blow out on a long road trip. Stoped here after Sam’s put us on hold a couple times for 30 minutes. But was so glad Sam’s has such poor customer services because we got to enjoy kind treatment from these folks. Had our dog and 4 year old out in the rain, but they let us wait inside with our dog and made sure my 4 year old got a sucker his way out. This place is a gem and makes me miss the 20th century a little bit."

He was on the phone with a toe truck from Columbus and was about to accept service for almost $300. That price was just to pick him up and take him home.
