"This review has been almost a year in the making which is interesting how I can remember every detail of how horrible this repair shop is. In May 2023 My wife hit two deer with our 2019 Elite completely unavoidable. I called my insurance agent and asked who they recommended to fix all of the damage. They recommended Butler Collision without hesitation. So we had our van towed here per the recommendation of our insurance company. I started out having communication issues with the representative assigned to my vehicle. I would receive a call stating that they were gonna begin working on the vehicle and then I wouldn’t hear anything else for a week. I displayed to my account representative that I am very big on communication and wanted to be updated regularly about the progress. They said they would update me with no problem. Another week would go by and I would have to call again to get an update. I get a call one day telling me that my vehicle is ready. Me and my wife go up here to inspect the van. Our account representative tells us that everything is good to go except for the horn not working and asks if we want to accept the van knowing this doesn’t work. I immediately tell them no as the horn was working fine while hitting the deer and immediately after. We also notice upon inspection that our passenger seat was missing buttons and the control panel was damaged. We pointed this out to them and they immediately denied fixing the seat. After going back and forth between them and the insurance company my agent tells me that unless I have proof of the control panel not being damaged before the accident then the repair shop refuses to fix this. The final thing that really floored me is that they call me and say that my vehicle is ready for delivery. I get there and upon my inspection I notice a wiring harness loose and not secured. The manager immediately took care of this problem but the point being this shouldn’t have been something that I being the customer had to point out. Needless to say I will “Never” use or recommend butler collision to anybody."
"Vehicle looks nice, they have repaired many of my cars and never had a problem until this time I picked my car up and noticed several areas in which they dropped the ball including detail and someone messing with things inside my car and a few other concerns. Called this business just to make them aware but they kept saying they were not paying to fix anything…. I never asked them to. I just wanted them aware of the issues. The lady proceeded to tell me headlights don’t use power to work when I asked about those, I asked how do they work them and she couldn’t answer me. At the end of the call I told her I have lost faith in their capabilities because she told me headlights don’t use power. She proceeded to tell me she never said that even though I had it on speaker and two others heard it. This makes me lose all trust. I’m not sure now if they even know what they are talking about. 10/26/2023 The manager called and apologized. I appreciate that they have made efforts to resolve the issue. Thank you"

"I have used Butler Collision several times in the past and been satisfied but after this experience, NEVER AGAIN. I don’t know if they changed hands or what but service has gone massively downhill. I given an estimate of 3 weeks to repair minor damage to my grille and fender. This already seemed excessive, but ok. They update me after the first week and after that two more weeks pass with no updates. Finally I call on the day the car is supposed to be ready and am informed they forgot to order a decal and it won’t be in for a few days and my car won’t be ready for at least another week. At this point my insurance coverage has run out and I’m paying $60/day for the rental. I ask to speak to a manager, ask for some kind of compensation given their mistake is now costing me at least $400. Receptionist cuts me off mid-sentence and transfers me to her manager’s voicemail. I leave a message, never get a call back, call again later and still don’t get a call back from the manager. It is now 8 days later and my car is finally ready, one month after I brought it into the shop. And I am out an additional roughly $500 for their mistakes and lateness which they refuse to compensate me for in any way. Throughout this process they have lied, backpedaled and refused to take any responsibility for the fact that they didn’t order the correct part which caused the entire delay. The first receptionist I spoke to admitted they did not order the part, since that time they have backpedaled and told me they are “not responsible for delays” caused by waiting for parts to come in and hence I’m just out of luck. Well, the part would have been there weeks ago if they’d ordered it when they were supposed to! All I can say is do NOT use this shop if you expect good customer service or for your repairs to be completed in a timely fashion. I know I certainly won’t."
"A friend told me not to use their repair services, and boy I wish I’d listened to him. They took about 2.5 months to get repairs done on my car. Communication was good and when I called they were able to update me on what was going on. First thing I noticed when I picked up the car was that the drivers side door speakers would rattle like no other when I turned on the radio. The BIG problem was that THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO HANDLE AND DETAIL CARS. After picking up my car, I noticed that there was buffer burn all over the hood of my car, along with tons of swirl marks all over the body (car was almost new when it got into an accident so it definitely wasn’t there before I gave it to them). I never asked them for a wash or detail, but they took it upon themselves to defile my beautiful new car. The initial damage didn’t even occur on the hood, but they took it upon themselves to make sure it had some when it left the shop. They spoiled the paint on my new car and I’ll never use their services again."
