"(Warning) They only deal with business transactions in cash I was not given the option to use my banking card. I was made to go to the nearest ATM! Which sits off of 1-75 and is at least 2 miles away My car was towed to this business and I had to pay the fees of course which was no problem. Since I am from out of town I called the next day to find out the specifics of the fee and storage. Being that the fee was unusually high even for after hours( 375.00 ) naturally I had questions. Once I began my inquiry The "Owner" Rhonda Dupree was very rude. And not helpful at all. The business looks abandoned. They don't provide any of the services mentioned on their business card they are basically the business that sits around and waits for law enforcement to get them business. I am not a confrontational person but with her verbage and tone she definitely was trying to provoke me into an argument. Racist undertones where definitely present as she spoke to me during the process she was trying everything in her power to throw off me getting my vehicle today. As a business owner my misfortunate circumstance was definitely her gain. But it doesn't give you the license to be rude and nasty and quite frankly racist. If you have a choice pick somewhere else to give your hard earned money."

"Heading south we blew two tires on our way from NC to FL, shortly after replacing the tires with spares we knew we would need better tires for the remaining trip, we call everywhere within a 30 mile radius and finally received a number for this shop. Within minutes we were blessed with two amazing gentlemen who were able to replace two tires and get us on our way. They were closed, and still came in and helped save the day. Truly amazing individuals. God bless you gentlemen and your business!"

"I was stuck in a field 250 plus yards off the road in the middle of no where. I called and these guys showed within 30 minutes. At the risk of getting their wrecker stuck, they backed in the slimmy bog as far as possible then ran cable and chain to pull me out.....all while it was raining. VERY, VERY NICE PEOPLE and the charge was more than reasonable. The world would be a better place were there more folks in it like these guys. Very humbling experience!"

"While traveling from Florida today, my wife had a flat tire on I-75. I was 100 miles away and felt helpless. I called Dupree and asked if they could help. Within 15 minutes of my call, there was a gentleman there to change the tire for her. She was back on the road within a half hour of having the flat. She described the man who came to help as kind and very helpful. Now that's customer service! I can't give them enough stars."

"My husband and I blew a tire coming from Lexington KY to FL. Our tire blew in Perry GA where Duprees is located. We are SO THANKFUL FOR THEM. Not only did they haul us from the wreck spot to Walmart (which apparently doesnt carry our tire size), they also hauled us to THEIR PERSONAL SHOP and gave us a tire they had. VERY WONDERFUL PEOPLE. They will do anything they possibly can to help a person in need. I highly reccomend them to anyone who needs a tow."
