The service department is HORRIBLE, called for 2 weeks straight no answer left messages no call backs. Finally decided to drive up there an hour away to try to schedule an appointment. Imagine my surprise when I got there and it was 6 people in the service department running around playing and laughing. While there the operator announced 3 times service line 1 of course nobody answered. They then advised me their earliest appointment would be 2 months away which I refused. After reading the other reviews they know their service department is a JOKE and nothing has been done so don’t waste your time going there. Called Columbus KIA when I left and was able to get an appointment 2 days later diagnosed within 2 hours. Columbus KIA will definitely get my trade in this year and if you want to take the drive they’ll be worth it. They live by their motto where they treat you like a valued customer."
