"I got the full service synthetic oil change for $72.99 and when they said they were done I asked about the other services that go along with it like checking tire pressure, wipers and other fluids. I was told that they check tire pressure in the back of the building and my fluids had been topped off. In order to top something off you got to first check it and that wasn’t done. My air filter was checked and that was it. My paperwork says my wipers were checked and they were not. The guy stood at my window complaining about chest pains the entire oil change. Total ripoff. After talking with the manager he’s claiming to have done these things. He states my wiper blades “looked” like they were good. SMH."
