"it should be MINUS 5 stars ,i have a small 5 ft 7 inch camper shell i took to them may 10th for a color change to match my new 2023 truck ,we told him as long as it takes as long as it looks like new when we get it back... , 2 weeks later they say its ready ,go to see it and it looked terrible ,none of the chips were repaired and the spider webbing in the fiberglass that had been pointed out for repair 4 times when dropped of was not touched , then they pulled the paint off when they took the tape off around the window. so the guy gave a bunch of excuses which he is very good at doing so we gave him another chance to fix it right. gave us 2 more dates it was supposed to be ready and it was not. finally today 25 days later we go get it and its now worse than the first time ,runs in the paint over 2 foot long other runs all over it ,fiberglass white dust all in the clear coat ,paint totally scratched off all the way down 1 side of the shell along the bottom edge ,sand scratches all on the front where they repaired ,its terrible. this place does not need to be doing body work, a small camper shell thats ,mainly glass and its terrible .now we have to take it to another real body shop to be repainted correctly and fix all the mistakes chris done ..this guy has a smart attitude and dont have the talent to go with it as my camper shell shows. stay away if you want a good paint job ,this is not the place for you..."

"They’ve had my car since November 2022. I’ve been told on more than one occasion that my car would “be ready next week”. Every time I call, I am given the run around about when my car will be ready. Twice I’ve been told that I would receive a call back on the next day, and I never received a call. I’ve been without my vehicle for nearly 4 months now, with no answer as to when they will finish working on it. I lost my job due to not having adequate transportation and not being able to make it to work. I’ve had a hard time finding another job because they have no estimate on when my car will be ready. This is ridiculous. If you can go somewhere else, do that."
