"Had an appointment for my trunk area to get racing stripes. Drove over an hour away for them to say we don't know when we can get to you! Plus stood at the counter for 15 minutes. I went to bay area and then someone greeted me outside saying something about a sign inside. I had no idea what he was trying to tell me. I thought the customer service was awful. It wasn't fair to make an appointment and then ya all tell me it be hours before you could do my appointment. Like 4+ hours and then my appt on top would be 3 hours. I kept hearing you were so behind. Why make appointments for any customer then? Maybe tell a customer it's a very long wait before there appointment. Maybe ya all have fantastic outcomes but it's lacking communication and poor customer service."
