"Tracy is by far one of the biggest bullies I have ever encountered. He was unproffesional and heartless. I got arrested for an outstanding ticket that I was unaware of. As a side note I should add I am a law abiding and decent human being just had a very unfortunate misunderstanding with Monroe County. My vehicle was towed to Tracys place. I resolved my ticket issue, was released from jail within a couple hours at which time i called Tracy to get my vehicle. He refused to give it back to me even after explaining my situation to him. There was absolutely no explanation as to why just a short and cold "do what you have to do but I will not provide the vehicle back to you only to the owner" which as previously indicated was dollar rental. He then said that if I got a sheriff to tell him he would release it. I happen to get a sherif who called him and later tild me this was a civil matter and Tracy did not have to give me the vehicle back. Long story short I ended up having to take an uber all the way to ATL airport and talk to thrifty who evetually helped me out and gave me a new car. By far the worst day 9f my life and Tracy couldve helped but decided not to for reasons unknown."

"Got in an accident on the highway and Tracy was called to tow our car. He showed us amazing hospitality and made sure my mom and I were both okay. We had two dogs with us and we were both shaken and unsure what to do next. He explained the best way to move forward with our situation and drove us to a hotel and told us if we needed anything to contact him. He was amazing and super nice and we are grateful for his help and support."
