"We contacted 1st Executive after another contractor bailed on us at the last minute. Given the time of year (November), time was of the essence. JP and crew stepped up and got the job done timely and in a very safe and professional manner. We had just purchased our new home and knew there were some issues with water damage due to leaks in the roof, but it was impossible to know the extent. Most contractors would have simply presented a bill at the end of the job, leaving you wondering if all the stated repairs were actually necessary or even done. The 1st Executive crew texted me pictures every time they ran into new damage and provided pictures again when the repairs were finished. First, I knew before the job was finished what the total bill would likely be and, second, I knew the repairs had actually been completed. The clean-up was exceptional (one area was left cleaner than when they started) and this was no small feat, given that the old roof was slate. The roof looks great and we have gotten numerous unsolicited comments from neighbors and passers-by. Most importantly, the quality is exceptional. We have endured a number of VERY severe storms recently and the roof has held up wonderfully. After this past storm, we noticed some water leaking from the ceiling. I called JP and he had someone out by noon the same day. Turns out it was a small hole in the fascia, not in the roof/flashing ... but they patched it anyway. If you're in the market for a new roof, you owe it to yourself to contact JP!!"
