"This has to be the best roofing company anywhere....I contacted them about a potential roof leak on Monday morning and by noon they had sent a crew to my house. While two guys went to the roof to check, another actually crawled up into the attic to see what was going on there.....Within just a couple of minutes they identified a very small pin hole and sealed it. On Monday night there was a substantial amount of rain in the area, and on Tuesday I went back to the attic to check. Not a single drop!! These guys were simply amazing! "Sean Collins at Design Roofing was a pleasure to work with. He came 2 hours to give us an estimate and he worked with our insurance agent on giving them pictures of the damaged roof and he worked directly with our insurance company…like, on his way home from leaving our house that day. That process was super quick and soooo easy. They were a bit behind with other roofs before us. Unfortunately that took a few months before they were able to start on ours. But, when they were scheduled to come out, they were here at 5:30am and they had an awesome crew. Sean was here with them all day, and they it looking like a well oiled machine just trucking along. It only took 2 days to complete the entire roof! And it looks absolutely amazing, as you can see in the pictures. The only constructive criticism I have is that I wish we would’ve been kept in the loop about the scheduling. We knew they were busy, but we had to call a few times for an update on where we were in line. It would have been nice to have received a call or text every so often just so we would have felt like we were in the loop. We got our estimate in April and they didn’t start on the roof until July. But as I said, they did an awesome job and we’re so happy with how it turned out! I would recommend Sean Collins and his team to anyone looking to having their roof done!"
