It belongs to a customer of mines. I installed the carburetor with a new gasket provided by Carb Junkys. Truck ran like a sowing machine. "I emailed with Carb Junkies in early April to confirm my carburetor number. I then ordered the electric choke on May 19th for which I was asked to confirm my carb number. I sent the former communication as well as provided the number by phone. I was then asked in addition to type the carb number in the email by which I called back to clarify the confusion. I was then told I would then be unable to install the part given I could not understand the request. However, the staff could not simply provide a response as to why two prior responses did not suffice. I am greatly disappointed the company could not "talk" to me and instead insulted me. Exceptionally poor customer service due to making things personally insulting!"
