"Deluxe Pizza not cooked all the way through. Called and spoke to the manager and he seamed confused as how it was not cooked all the way. Finally he said he would make another one and send out. When the driver showed up, they had sent me a plain cheese pizza. Not worth the hassle to order from them."

"We use this location often for ordering pizza for working lunch meetings. The pizza is great, always quality food products from here. I like that I can earn points using the app for free food later. The staff at the Hwy 96 location are personable and helpful. My order was ready on time for pick-up and everything was hot and fresh."

"The staff were very helpful and kind. As I walked into the store I was greeted with such a nice smile. The only problem is I saw what looked like a rat run across the floor in the back of the kitchen. That was very disturbing to see. I was very hesitant about eating the food. All I have to say is the rat was very disgusting and unsanitary for a business handling food."

"Ordered food..went to pick it up. The girl Asia or Aisha greeted me and said she would be with me in a minute. She was running back and forth helping customers before me. She was the only one up front. Maybe short staffed that day.She finally got to me and apologized for my wait. I had to wait a little while longer due to them being swamped with orders. She made small talk with me while I waited, which was nice. My order was finally done and she gave it to me with a smile. Also saying "thank you baby" like a old southern women. Lol. She was nice. The food could have been better. Maybe train them properly on portions. Felt short of topping for almost 30 bucks."
