Center Park At Centerville

"Probably one of the top two public playgrounds in Houston County -- the other one being Ted Wright park. They could have more equipment and some swings - but there is plenty of open space for kids to play and for walking. Sometimes the playground needs better drainage - but its still a newer nice facility. Clean restrooms. Spashpad. Kids always seem to have a nice time. Plenty of parking."

"We love “the blue park”. Seating provides a great view point for parents. Bathrooms are nice. And the park hosts great events. My only concern is that the back side of the play area could stand to use some fencing. It’s easy for the kids to get just out of your line of sight on the far side and venture into the crosswalk if you’re not careful. I wish it would have been constructed with the building on the crosswalk side so the kids had fencing"

"Attended fall festival there today. Clean, efficient, well organized. Nice restroom and event venue. Festival vendors laud out on paved walking path around park which was convenient. Good variety and friendly folks."

"Awesome, well kept park, however the water in the splash pad had extremely long delays between times when the water would shoot out of the ground. The kids became quite impatient especially since the sun was relentless on this particular day that my son and I went. Overall, great opportunity for some "free" fun for the kiddos. I would highly recommend this outing!"

"I have visited this park twice in the past week. First time bathrooms were immaculate, 2nd time they were horrendous. Park itself nice for the kids, the park needs more seating in the shaded areas, also supervision, an adult was flying a drone around the playground, while the rules specifically state no drones are allowed."
