"This last experience was probably the best. They were able to get my car in, and fix the recalls within a decent time frame. The last time I tried to get this same recall completed they wanted my car for over a week. I forgot to mention needing my headlights checked because the bulbs were dim/blown, the service tech pointed it out and they were already changed once I got my vehicle back. "I was out of town and needed my car repaired and thought a dealership would be the safest place to have my car repaired. I knew the diagnosis code was a cylinder misfire as my mechanic back home had told me I needed the spark plugs replaced. I explained this to Service, they looked and listened to my car and agreed my car only needed a 100k tune up. A few hours later, get a call and I am told that I need a new cylinder head and gasket which will cost $5,000. I question this because my car has had no problems relating to this issue but they insist this is my problem. I am a stranded woman who is out of town, what am I going to do? I have no choice but to get it fixed. As I was leaving town the next morning, the EXACT SAME ISSUES started happening! It was like they hadn't fixed the problem at all. When I finally made it home, I took my car to my mechanic. He hooked it up and the diagnosis was once again cylinder misfire. This time a different cylinder. When my mechanic moved the coil pack to different cylinders it triggered the misfire to that cylinder. I firmly believed they scammed me into doing unnecessary work on my car to pay the $5,000 and didn't fix the actual issue which only cost $175. When I called the dealership about it the Service Manager told me they probably broke the cylinder coil. That’s a very obvious break and should’ve been fixed right then. He also stated they are the MORE EXPENSIVE than most places around. Do NOT trust this dealership with your car! Especially if you are a woman or a woman that is out of town. They will SCAM you!"
