"Seemed nice and friendly and like a good deal on tires. I had to put a deposit. Said they had a 3 year warranty. I bought a set and the tires vibrated like crazy on the interstate. I came back and waiting in the sun for an hour outside - they said they were fine and re-balanced them. They weren't right (still shaking) so I took them to Trucks and Stuff and they balanced them and said one was out of round. I requested another tire (under warranty against defects) and they refused and said I could buy another one. ???? They sell defective tires and don't honor their warranty. They very quickly turned unprofessional and rude. Very unsatisfied. Lesson learned. Also, googled for a replacement tire of the same brand - Wal-Mart has the same tire - 4 for $288 - I paid $550. Almost double. Ripped Off as well."
