"Took three weeks to get appointment just to receive estimate. My vehicle had hail damage covered by insurance. Additional damage was not covered and I was going to pay out of pocket for the uncovered portion. The rep didn’t seem to want to deal with me because it wasn’t a 100% insurance claim. Said they would be in contact and send PDR guy out to my house but they never did. Not sure I’ll ever go back there."

"Super nice management. Great repair overall. Only reason it's not 5 star is because I had to take the truck back for a back up sensor failure and peeling bumper paint. They offered me a rental and took great care of my truck. Paint job was outstanding also, but the 1st time my bumper peeled at the back up sensor..again, shop manager totally owned it and took care of that also. Great people, receptionist is awesome as well. They are pricey, but good."
