"Mr. Woo explained everything to me in great detail from what was diagnosed to the next steps that is required to repair my Honda Pilot. He advised me that he will contact me as soon as the part needed for my vehicle comes in the dealership. He also advised that he will call me within two weeks to see if my vehicle is doing okay. From the time I dropped off my vehicle until the pick up. Mr. Woo remained Super Professional. He offered to wash my SUV even though he really did Not have to offer. His level of Customer Service is Excellent in my opinion. His actions was warm, and kind. I truly believe it comes natural to him. I hope to experience this level of customer service everytime I need service with Honda. I know that I said it when I left Honda, but I want to say it again. He’s really attentive, polite, helpful and very patient he takes time explain stuff that I asked. Labor costs were explained in detail upon request, and the work has been top-notch. Attention to detail at all levels is apparent as their shop is neat, and their waiting room clean and comfortable. I give five stars on every level."
