"I’ve never worked at a place where racism is at an all time high. They treat everyone better than African Americans, even the Mexicans get treated better than African Americans. They definitely show favoritism to white folks. People on first shift, definitely gets treated better than the people on second shift. It’s so unprofessional and unorganized. Every time first shift has a deadline to complete its production and a Friday is available, the remaining numbers are left up to second shift and Tara the manager will mandate a Friday for second shift while first shift has its normal off day on a Saturday. If you have a problem with another employee that keeps harassing you, don’t go to Human Resources because they don’t care about your well being. You might as well kill the other employee because they’ll fire you. If you take the class to get your welding certification, you won’t get an actual copy of your welding certification. They will lie and say that you’ve never took or completed the two day course for the certification. So it won’t be in the system for you to get a pay raise.They’ll have you welding and you’ll never get the pay raise that you deserve. So basically I was repairing mufflers without a certification. So that’s not good for the company or to KMMG because who’s really certified to weld?! That’s very unsafe to KMMG’s customers. At the end of the day, I got fired but God allowed me to be hired at a real company, Hyundai Transys Georgia Powertrain. Y’all enjoy, be bless and never work for Sejong on industrial, in LaGrange, Ga."
