AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and FIAT North Columbus Service Center

"Took my Jeep in for a new thermostat and to review an oil leak from the oil cooler (which they replace in 2022). I received an estimate for repairs of over $3,900. A thermostat costs $28. They wanted over $300 to replace it and another $194 for a flush and fill of $10 worth of anti-freeze. They also blamed others for the oil leak and would not stand by their previous work. I ended up paying over $400 for them to tell me what what I told them when I dropped it off. Nothing was done. I went by AutoZone, bought a thermostat and some anti-freeze and did the job myself in less than an hour. Took it to another mechanic and had the oil cooler replaced for less than $1000. Very disappointing all around. We were looking at purchasing a Grand Cherokee but shifted and bought a GMC Yukon instead so we would not have to ever deal with this service department again."
