GooGoo Car Wash 2338 Bent Creek Road, Auburn, AL 36830

"Cold weather so I decided to run by Goo Goo after having the oil changed in my wife’s car nearby earlier today. I do not expect perfection from an auto car wash. I really don’t have high/unrealistic expectations for an auto car wash. Most, if not all, of my other reviews are very positive. I chose the $26 (most expensive) wash. After noticing that the $26 wash resulted in a wet but still dirty car, I tried to focus on the interior of the car. The first vacuum had no suction. Moved the car to a new vacuum (this vacuum station had only one hose). The hose begins to fall apart. Try to put it back together only to fall apart again. Ok, I’m done. $26 loss and still have to go home and wash (and vacuum) the car in the cold."

"The car wash itself is good & fast. The problem is they get you into a $20 a month unlimited wash and creep up the bill thru bank draft. Mine is over $30 a month now and you can’t even find who to contact about it."

"I’ve been coming to this Goo Goo franchise for 4 years biweekly, or at least monthly. They do such a good job! Mayo in particular was awesome. I was having some issues after a cross-country trip with bugs on the windshield… took 2 runs but we got it done. He even ran into the office to get me some air fresheners! Btw - the membership is totally worth it. Basically pays for itself. Sure don’t mind skipping 5 cars in the other lane either. Y’all - our cars are like our second home. This is the place to go where it will be treated as such!"

"Two days ago, my visit for washing a car and cleaning inside of car, your window cleaning solution damaged on surface of interior…. I had never ever problem to using that window cleaning solution to my interior parts before. I filed claim and need your response . Window cleaning spray must not dilute enough since it damaged interior surface or mixed other chemicals to causing it. Let me hear what causes this. Thanks!"

"This location is the best!! The staff is so kind and helpful. It's always clean and fast service. I really appreciate the extra effort they put in to make sure you have a good experience like the microfiber towels and mints, etc. Love the unlimited wash especially with pollen season. Jacob made sure I had everything I needed as well which was nice :) all the staff so far has been awesome"
