Bama RV of Opelika

"I had to take my RV in to Bama RV three times over the last 6 months for the same warranty work. Each time Bama RV said that the paperwork was lost and that we had to start the process all over again. I reached out to the manufacturer to find out that Bama RV had reported that the work was completed and they were paid by the manufacturer for the work they didn't do. When I brought this to Bama RV's attention they did seem to care. They still have not done the repairs. They are still giving me the runarounds. I will never deal with these people again."
