"This place was HORRIBLE my first insurance claim dealings and they were outrageous with their cost and fees it should be considered criminal, they took my deductible and did zero work on the vehicle, initially the vehicle was there to be fixed through my insurance but their quote as opposed to my insurance was more than double, Andrew specifically told me he wasn’t going to do anything to the car until he knew how they were being paid. So I found somewhere else my car can be fixed in the Priceline of what my insurance quoted and then he wouldn’t release my car stating they put parts on it that he never disclosed to me, and that I also have to pay a 1400 dollar storage fee, which was all unbeknownst to me, he did take the parts off but didn’t return my deductible and still wanted 1,000 dollars for storage so I lost 2,000 dollars with nothing even being done to my car, please stay away from this place if you are making an insurance claim the insurance quoted me around 8,000 for repairs they wanted almost 18,000 my cars damage is a wheel axel, strut, wheel and other parts surrounding that, no where near 18,000 dollars worth of work. BE CAREFUL OUT HERE!!!"
