I initially chose Auto Motion with the expectation of receiving high-quality rim services for my vehicle. However, from the moment I entered your shop, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service was evident. The issues I encountered during my visit include: 1. Unreasonable Delays: The amount of time it took to get my rims serviced was far beyond what I had anticipated. I had to wait for an unreasonably long duration, and this caused a significant disruption to my schedule. 2. Poor Communication: The staff at Auto Motion demonstrated a lack of communication skills. I was not kept informed about the progress of the work on my rims, and no one seemed willing to provide updates or answer my questions. 3. Subpar Workmanship: To make matters worse, when I finally received my rims, I was appalled by the quality of the work. It was clear that the job had been rushed and lacked the attention to detail that I expected from a professional rim shop. The final result was not up to the standards I had hoped for. 4. Unprofessional Behavior: The staff's behavior was unprofessional and dismissive, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. My concerns were met with indifference, and I was made to feel as though my time and money were inconsequential. "I went to Auto Motion to repair my wheel. They gave me a set time that it would be ready and it was ready by that time. I also received a warranty on my repair. They have been in business for over twenty years and they’re very knowledgeable and experienced with what they do. I highly recommend them for any wheel repair."
"Getting a rim repair can be risky Businessare so I was told. These guys offered a 30-day warranty. I was very skeptical at first about rim repair. It has been one year since the repair and I've never had a problem with the rim no slow leaks, no crack from repaired area. I am very happy with their service and would use them again and have referred other people to them. Have my factory rim repaired instead of replaced saved me a lot of money. I"
"Been goin to this place for 10 years. Carl (owner) decided it was better to play me about a $100 dollar tmps sensor for a wheel than to keep my business. I went in for a bad sensor, his tech said it was malfunctioning. I jus replaced the very same sensor 4 months ago. Instead of Carl replacing the sensor since the parts have a limited warranty on them , Carl charged me $100 dollars because he simply felt like it. It would have cost Carl nothing to jus swap out a faulty sensor but instead he decided it was best to charge me. His excuse was he don’t have time. No time to make sure a client who spent $500 on new sensors is happy. The man couldn’t even look me in my eye when I told him the manufacturer said it was free to exchange, he then lied and said well he buy them from some place else and I need to call them, so I did that, they had no clue why Carl gave me they number , Carl looked down the whole time knowing he Lying. He thought I was too lazy to call . Now don’t get me wrong I’ve always known Carl to have that sneaky hustle in his voice , he the over sale type , I just didn’t think he was gonna try and play me over $100 dollars . I’ve spent thousands with the guy. Won’t be going back , I paid the $100 knowing this man is hustling me. It is what it is guess. I have brand loyalty when it comes to black business , I came way from Marietta just get told a lie to my face. I hope this review helps anyone looking to be treated like your dollars matter. Carl techs do good work that’s why I’ve been back a lot , they young but efficient, it’s Carl’s greed that’s his problem."
