"Last night I was on my way to the airport and my driver side windshield wiper broke. Luckily Advanced Auto Parts was only a couple of miles away and still open so I stopped at the store to get a new wiper. I requested the sales person, a young Hispanic boy, to assist me to install the wiper and he flatly refused as it was drizzling outside. My confidence level was low as my last wiper installation, a few weeks ago, had just failed and I have to have wiper installed to drive. I asked another Hispanic sales person for assistance who did nothing but asked me to read instructions and went away. I tried to install the wiper myself but since I was stressed out due to time constraint and little drizzle, I could not do it. I went back to the store again and requested the 3rd sales person who is young white guy and he assisted me to install the wiper. I was very grateful to this sales guy. I did not want to bring race to my comments but that is the only reference point I have. At the same time, I fully understand that the store is not obligated to install parts or assist installations, Advanced Auto Parts has always been above and beyond in customer service but this location defiantly needs a bit of training in customer relationship."

"Gave 2 stars only because they had the part that oreillys didn’t. Customer service 100x better at oreillys. I’m the 5th person in line. There is one associate at the counter. There’s at least 3 (different voices) in back. Assuming manager is one of them?"

"Ordered for pick up 50 minutes ahead of time and still had to wait for items to be grabbed. Had to wait another 20 minutes in line. E. Shay was great for being the only associate available to help."
