"Went to J&K on a Sunday and service was great. The entire process from start to finish was amazing. What I valued the most was the owners honesty. I was having issues with my driver side back and front tires keeping air. I was prepared two get both tires replaced, but the owner informed me that I only needed to replace one tire and he could find hole in the other tire and plug it up. Cost of repair under $80. Staff was nice and friendly and very fast and efficient. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. J&K Auto definitely is the place to go to get good quality tires and service. 5 stars"

"*** RARELY GIVE 5-STAR RATINGS; BUT J&K AUTO SERVICES ABSOLUTELY DESERVES IT *** I don't give many 5-star ratings, but J &K Auto Services on Buford Highway behind the Exxon station (mention this upfront because there are a couple JK, J&K Auto and other similarly named businesses and want to avoid confusion) DEFINITELY earned it with how efficiently and cost effectively they replaced two tires on my car earlier today (yes, open on Sundays). I bought two retread tires in exceptional condition, rotated and balanced, it was $120 and done in less than 30 minutes (including plugging a hole in one tire after driving over a nail). Seriously. I called Friday was provided multiple new and used tire options and at the best prices I've seen in the Atlanta area. But what really blew me away was the service. No high-pressure upselling, good explanations on pro/con of various tire options, friendly, and fast. Definitely a well-run, family-owned business that most people only hear of through word-of-mouth (neighbor who works on his cars frequently told me about them). Highly recommend checking them out! [p.s., Seriously have no idea where the reviews giving 1-star and complaints of rudeness come from... Just strikes me as very odd given the 3-4 people I met there were extremely professional and, frankly, nice.]"
