"I am proud to be a part of the Mountain View Care Center team. We strive to provide excellent care to all of our residents. I believe in our team so much that they are currently taking care of 2 of my family members. I love taking care of our community!"
"I have worked for this place 2xs. Not too long before the COVID 19 brake out it really started to get sketchy. It seems like the rules are always changing, and anytime I ask questions they get mad. I even had the educator hang up on me and didnt want to listen to me, kept cutting me off and talking over me. I was constantly told they were getting us more help on night shift but it always seemed like the new people went to day shift of the other rotation. Most of the office staff are rude, talk to the CNAs like children. And the kitchen hardly ever stocked snacks for night time."
