"I want to thank you to the team at this location yesterday. I came in to get a jack, some kind of tool to help assist with changing my tire and a tire pump. Everyone was Polite greeted me at the door. The assisted me with where to locate the pacific items and everything. So once I got outside I attempted to change my own tire for the 1st time, another team member off duty leaving saw me and let the other team members know I was outside doing it incorrectly. So someone came outside to ask me if I needed any assistance. I had my baby with me so I was asked to come in out the cold with her and let the male manger there (forgot his name but thank you so much again) to do it for me. He changed my tire with no problem I’m eternally grateful. Its not to many people who would even care to make my issue theirs but I’m so happy they did. Thank you all for all the help and support. Down to the lady manager confirming me and my 3 months old made it home safe."

"Car battery kept dying.. called location to check and see if they installed car batteries and had the one i needed in stock. They do install car batteries as long as it is easy to get to which the car i have it was (2018 Nissan Rouge) And they had the car battery in stock. When i got there a kind gentleman named Kenneth pulled the info an got the battery. He was very quick and efficient.! Another gentleman by the name of Kel. V came outside and installed the battery in less than 10 minutes!!, He also gave me some tips about how to preserve the life of the battery. Very friendly!! Thank you Autozone foe making this such an easy process after a stressful day!!"
