"I have been to other locations before and the oil change was very quick. This location (Alpharetta, GA) had three bay doors open but we waited 45 minutes. There was zero communication while we waited nor did they warn us when we pulled up that there might be a wait. The employees that we did see working were very slow and did not seem concerned with completing the work in a timely manner."

"I usually take my car to the dealership for oil change, but this time it wasn't convenient. I have driven past Take 5 daily on my commute to and from work. So when I needed an oil change, they were the first place I thought of. They delivered a fast and pleasant experience. Unlike the dealership, I didn't have to exit my car. I got a synthetic oil change costing about the same as the dealership (grab the $7 coupon on their website), and for an additional $16, they installed a high-quality air filter. They topped off my fluids, and I was on my way. A great experience that is going to make it hard for me to go back to the dealership. BTW, this is not a pic of my car, but if it was, I'd still bring it here. Job well done Take 5!"

"Stopped by close to a year ago, after waiting about 5 min in line waiting for my turn, someone came out and told me they don't change oil for a Fiat. Was disappointed, went somewhere else and got good service. Today, I needed an oil change for a town and country, did not have much time to spare, they were nearby, so I went in. No one ahead of me, after 2 or 3 min, they asked me to drive in. I was looking forward to the service. It took 35 min before they even started. The technicians were courteous and polite. However, if the service take 45 min like it took for me, they should advertise it as a 45 min service."
