"I brought my truck in the shop for an engine oil leak ,and end up putting a new clutch in it .while installing the transmission back in they didn’t notice that the transmission oil cooling line had a damaged quick connect and they installed it just like that .,2 weeks later and after spending $3700 dollars the cooling line popped out of the transmission and all the oil came out of the transmission while my driver was on a load to Texas and it damaged the transmission it would not go into gear after that the truck was down for about 4 days load was late and $4900 later and after swapping it for a reman transmission .,when contacted alex he refused to pay for the repairs and refuse warranty.,now I’m in the process of filing law suit against them .,please be careful and be aware of doing a big or expensive repair here they won’t warranty it .,and they won’t take responsibility!"
