"They currently have my Continental and I can't get a hold of anyone. They've had my car for a week for service, recall repairs & a couple of repairs which should be under CPO warranty. I've been out of town for the week. I thought this would give them plenty of time to fix everything but the problem is I can't get a hold of anyone and no one calls me back. The link they text to follow along with repairs doesn't work nor does the page on their website. Someone called a few days in and he agreed to call and text with updates but I haven't heard anything. I've left messages with the receptionist & even the overnight call service but still no one will update me. Of note, one of the repairs has to do with a 3G modem which no longer works because 3G cell service was discontinued over a year ago. There's a class action lawsuit over this but somehow they've never heard anything about this when I asked for info on the 4G modem. It was up to me to provide them with the part # I discovered on the web."
"I am very impressed with how the dealer called me to initiate the service required. This is my first time using the dealer since purchasing my truck. My entire experience since my purchase has been top notch. Everyone from the Sales rep (Kelvin), the Finance manager to my Service rep (Pierre) has been exceptional."
"I sought out this service center after speaking with a representative and being assured of prompt and thorough diagnostic analysis of my 1995 Ford Econoline. Not only did I not receive the service, as promised, my vehicle was NEVER touched. It was left at the location on (3/18) for more than a week and the diagnostic tests were NEVER done. I returned to the center (3/26) and retrieved my vehicle after speaking with a representative on three occasions and repeatedly told that service would be completed shortly. That did not happen. How can I comfortably trust this facility to perform any repair work on my vehicle, when staff had no regard for my business? I do NOT recommend this company!!! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!"
"Long story short: extremely disorganized, dishonest, and made no effort to make it right after three mess ups. I had to go back multiple times before the advisor couldn’t follow through and make sure the job was actually done. I wish I was leaving a better review, I was hesitant to leave this but I keep getting the automated request to leave a review. I made an appointment to drop my car off on a Tuesday morning for an oil change, brakes replacement, and have some electrical work done. I was told by the advisor my car would be ready in 48 hours since he was out of the office on Wednesday. I called after 48 hours and was told my car was ready to be picked up. I paid for my services and when I got into my car I noticed the oil change sticker had not been replaced. So, I went back in asking if I could drive up to the oil change area and get the new one. The advisor said he would go up for me with my car so I went back to wait. Over 45 minutes passed without any notification from them that something was going on and I had to go check twice before the advisor let me know my car did not have an oil change or the brakes done and they were doing it now and I had to wait. No apologizes, no consideration for my time, and no offer of a loaner car (another employee heard my frustration and offered to line up a car AFTER my car was still not ready when they said it would be). I waited the allotted time given and it still wasn’t done. I was finally able to get a loaner car since I had to leave, came back when they said it would be ready. Left in a rush because I spent half the day out of work due to their error. Noticed the oil change sticker still wasn’t replaced so I called to check. When I finally spoke to the advisor he assured me the oil change was done, only to call me back and say it wasn’t actually done and I had to bring my car back. Again, no offer to make this mistake right. He did offer to come to me, but I was working and my job involves driving my car to client homes, which I explained the first time they messed up. This was not my first poor experience with this dealership so I will not be going back for service or maintenance."
"I had a electrical issue with my F-150 that was not under warranty. My service advisor was Bill V. He greeted me professionally when I arrived and explained the whole process. Bill was in constant contact with updates on the repair. It was done quick and I was very happy with the results. Fixed They are honest and trust worthy folks. I will be back for all my service going forward, that’s for sure. Beautiful modern clean dealership! Thank you guys for a great experience. Go see Bill V"
