"The staff is always courteous however if I were to compare my experience with a friend who brings his Porsche into the Hapeville Service Center I am very disappointed. My biggest exasperation is the amount of time it takes for my car to be software updated. At least several days and longer. At the Hapeville center, it is 1 day at the most. Had I known the car would require to be out of service for at least 4-5 days per year for a software update I would not have purchased the car. My last visit, I schedule an appt for a jerking sensation in my front tires. I did not know it included a recall service and software update, I was informed of this when I arrived by Stetson. I was given a loaner but I was very surprised about this. I did not argue because Stetson had nothing to do with it and the person I schedule an appt with did not mention anything about this. The car also only charges to about 84% or 222 miles. It is not cold anymore??"

"I took my car to the shop for break warning, but all I received was an expensive quote for tire and brake replacements, which seemed overpriced based on online research. Additionally, a new error light appeared on my dashboard after they inspected the tires, and they didn't even reset the warning after potentially causing it! To make matters worse, despite refusing the proposed replacements (as my tires are only 14k miles old), they offered no complimentary services like removing the error they might have caused or refilling the windshield washer fluid – seemingly standard practices even at basic service centers like Toyota. Overall, the experience was extremely disheartening."
