"As a surprise my girlfriend set an appointment with Atlanta Luxury Window Tinting located at 157 North Ave NE Atlanta, GA 30308 to get the windows on my Porsche Cayenne tinted. She spoke with Mike and was quoted $225.00. The tint percentage selected was 15% for the rear windows and the trunk. 20% for the front passenger windows. An appointment was set for May 5, 2022 @1pm. At 1:00pm we went the the business and was greeted by another gentleman that stated that he was going to be the service technician that would be completing my vehicle. We elected to stay at the business and wait for the vehicle to be completed. @5:00pm we walked out of the waiting area to the side service area to check on the vehicle and learned that the vehicle wasn't completed but that the service tech had moved my vehicle to the side and was now working on another vehicle. The service technician stated that he started on my vehicle but had to pause and do another vehicle. Why?, we weren't told but we were asked to bring the vehicle back the next day. A 2nd Appointment to complete the vehicle was on May 6, 2022 @2pm. When inspecting the vehicle we were told that the bubbles present in 3 of the windows would settle. And the sticky residue on all the windows was something that would simply just wash off. We were instructed not to wash the vehicle for 5 days and not to roll the windows down. That after the 5 days the bubbles in the tint should be gone but if not that the company does have a warranty to fix the issues. On day 5 we called Mike to inform him that not only was the bubbles still present but that the front window was now peeling up from the bottom and the bubble in the back window had now split. Mike stated we should bring the vehicle back and that they would take care of the issues. Fast forward to when we took the vehicle back Mike wasn't there but the young man that we meet acknowledged that the completely removed window tint from the front passenger window was the companies to replace and the back window that had the split bubble and now that was also peeling up from the top would be fixed FREE OF CHARGE. We asked to also pay to get another vehicle tinted today. We were quoted $220 for the second vehicle and told that when both vehicles were available for pickup that someone would give us a call. Afterwards a different gentleman called with a horrible attitude and stated that it wasn't the companies fault and that in order to fix the Porsche back window "we are asking for $100". I did not understand as this was the fault of the company why I would have to now pay another $100.00 which would bring my total to $325 for the Porsche in addition to the $220 for the new vehicle. The young man hung up in my face. I called back and asked if the call dropped and he stated the conversation was over. I declined the servicing of the second vehicle and asked if he could just fix the passenger side window of the Porsche only. I arrived to find that my Porsche wasn't serviced and a man I hadn't met underneath the hood of my second vehicle. When my girlfriend asked what was happening the gentleman snapped. My girlfriend mentioned that she didn't know him as we hadn't met him the first time so she was just asking what was going on. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! THERE IS SOMETHING NOT RIGHT ABOUT THIS BUSINESS. THERE IS NO WAY THAT YOU SHOULD ASK A CUSTOMER TO PAY FOR A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT THAT YOU TOLD THEM WAS COVERED! AND IF YOU DO WHY IS IT HALF OF THE ENTIRE COST OF SERVICE? Mike did not answer my call to speak with me but the gentleman at the business stated that he was speaking for Mike and that he had already spoken with him. This business has no integrity!
