"Initially was very friendly and helpful with my 3rd party accident claim. Then was told the fiberglass part was ordered, and I would be contacted as soon as the part arrived (4 to 6 weeks). This was in May 2017, it's now the end of Aug and I still haven't heard a word. The 4 to 6 weeks delivery time for an external fiberglass running board seemed to be a long wait for a collision repair shop"
