"AVOID THIS PLACE- This company IS paying for good reviews. They Got to be. Upon my arrival there was no customer service . The lady who was supposed to check me in came out eating a bag of chips. Everyone was literally all over the place. The place is a product of LOW standards and professionalism. I was on the fence with proceeding but went ahead and let them “change my oil” after asking a host of questions to make sure they did a complete job, I paid nearly a $100 bucks and went on my way. God I hope nothing happens in the future to my vehicle. Oh they didn’t check my tire and didn’t tip off my car until I asked. How in the heck are they still in business is beyond me. Never Again!!!"

"I'm rating them 1 star due to poor customer service. As soon as I drove up, I was not greeted, I was just told to pull up. I asked the gentleman about the different types of oil they have, he didn't bother to respond? He just walked away. I guess since I was previous customer and I've been there before. They was going off my last visit so the lady came Out, I explained to her that I was looking to see their prices because I might want to change oils and possibly see if I had enough money to replace the filter. She seemed bothered as well that I was even asking her questions. I then said I have a coupon that I got off line off the grease monkeys website. She got combative with me and said that. It's not taken is not accepted and I explained to her. I said that is not my problem. So she went on did what she had to do in a computer and was able to apply the discounow. As she's finishing up, I was told to pull up. An good to go, then that's when I noticed they did not reset my dashboard let alone gave me a sticker for the next time, they were just moving to fast and trying to get ride of me."

"Went to get the full service oil change. It includes the oil change plus checking and filling other fluids and tire. The service tech wanted to up sell me on wiper blades and cabin filter. I declined and he got in his feeling. He told the other tech to stop doing the other inspection and just fill the oil. Great customer service I guess"

"ATTENTION LADIES: There’s no more discounted oil changes for women on Wednesdays. Either look for a coupon online, or find another oil change place. Also, not a huge fan of the new front desk lady. The guys that change my oil are friendly and informed and the manager is really nice."
