"DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE OR REPAIR: I took my vehicle here in August of 2023 as I was experiencing engine over-heating issues. The diagnosis was made that the water pump would have to be replaced. I sought a second opinion and was told the most likely repair here would indeed be the water pump replacement. I agreed to these repairs. It took them well over a week. The total price was $2,728.28 for cost of parts and labor. Josh Adams, store manager, let me know the car was good to go and that it had been road tested (HE DID NOT ROAD TEST THE VEHICLE TO INSURE THE REPAIRS WERE WORKING). I took the vehicle home on a Thursday. That next day, I was driving my vehicle home from work when the engine temp shot up instantly. I called Josh. He very casually explained it probably just needed to be drained again. I returned the vehicle to Road Britannia on that following Monday. Josh and his mechanic began to find additional issues as their water pump replacement was clearly a failure. He called me and explained "We have continued to run tests and the pressure test is failing. It would appear everything is sealed and it continues to get hot. You are likely going to need to replace the head gaskets and I don't have the manpower to do that". He essentially was unable to fix my vehicle properly the first time, did not road test it, sent it on its way after taking my payment, took the vehicle back and ran additional tests that revealed how bad the problem was that he had created, and then said he would not fix it further. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I will be roughly $10,000 in the hole because of Josh Adams and his team. Disgraceful, no transparency, poor customer service. The owner of Road Britannia no longer lives in the area, he is out of state. Josh explained he is tough to get a hold of. Essentially this is Josh Adams' operation and he has no clue what he's doing."
