"I really appreciated how mr. Rudy came to the rescue very fast and for it being so late in the day i was very very very pleased with the service i was provided. He took his time to get my car on the truck, he cared and was very smooth with getting the car to my house and even drop off . He really went above and beyond for me and my vehicle. And the price was way way better than any other place i called at that time. I was very very very very satisfied with the great customer appreciation and service that i received. I will be calling then again god forbid no time soon tho !"

"After waiting for almost 3hrs for my original tow, I demanded my insurance get me towed ASAP. I was only patient this long because it was a rainy Fri afternoon so I knew tow companies would be busy. My insurance assured me that they were sending a new tow who would be there within 30 min.. Rudy was just a little over that. He was very nice and professional and even made me laugh a little even though my blood was boiling earlier. Very nice gentleman! And he gets bonus points cause the inside of his truck was clean and smelled good! Anyone who has been in a tow truck can appreciate what I mean. Lol! Would definitely recommend them to anyone. If I ever need a tow again, I will ask for them first"

"My daughter's vehicle was towed today and the process was very smooth from beginning to end. What we most appreciated was the kindness and professionalism of the tow truck driver Brandon Wilson. From the time he called to make us aware that he had to drop a vehicle and would be picking up our vehicle right after, to the time he called back to let us know he was dropping off our vehicle was less than 45 mins. He was sure to ask us where to park the car and also went above and beyond to secure our vehicle. He communicated with us through this entire process, and was very friendly and respectful. We truly value great customer service and todays service was great! We will definitely use their services in the future, if/when needed. Thanks for making life a little easier today!"

"On Wednesday, I get to my 2017 Chevy Camaro and it would not start. No lights, no ticks, nothing. I called Chevy Roadside assistance to have my car towed to the dealership; I thought this would be an easy task. My car was on the 2nd floor of a small parking garage, so roadside had to arrange for two tow trucks to come, one to get it out of the garage, and a flatbed to take it to the dealership. Long story short, after two days of failed attempts and 4 canceled tow rides later, Cario from D & R came out this morning and got my car out of the garage and on its way to the dealership. Cario called me right after I got off the phone with roadside assistance and gave me his ETA, and he even got here before he said he would. Cario was patient and very knowledgeable. As I'm writing this review, Cario just called and told me my car has made it to the dealership and gave me the name of the person who has my keys. I couldn't have asked for better service on Friday the 13th."

"Just got my car towed and everything about my experience was easy and seamless. From calling State Farm to find out about my coverage, to calling D & R Auto, to the minute CW came to get the car. He was funny and really helpful. Being in the customer service business myself I can appreciate some good old southern hospitality! Thanks guys"
