"DO NOT, go to these guys for Wheel Alignment Service. I took my car over there to get my tires rotated and a wheel alignment. They did the tire rotation with no problems, but when it came down to the alignment, that was a totally different story. After the alignment was done. My car was shaking and my car would not stay in lane! I brought car back to them to fix the problem and I’m still having the same issue with my car! So that’s the reason why I Do Not recommend you go to these guys for wheel alignment service!!"

"I needed a passed print out for an inspection. When I went in for an alignment I specifically asked for a print out prior. “I’m going to need a print out as well.” On checking out the lighter skinned man of the 3 said the printer wasn’t working. I told him I told them I needed a print out prior, but instead he called me a liar. He began to yell at me. I will definitely not come back here. It’s not worth the disrespect. A simple print out request prior has never been an issue other places I’ve gone to the past few decades. If they said the printer wasn’t working I would have simply gone elsewhere because I needed one. The employee disrespecting over this is also stop much. The other two employees were nice, and the job was done. I didn’t get what I needed, but the biggest problem was the 3rd guy pouring salt on the wound."

"They put the wrong size tires on my car twice and did not tell me. I went back one day to get a new tire and noticed they were looking around a little too long for my tire size. When he grabbed the tire and started putting it on my car I walked up and noticed it wasn’t the correct size so of course I said something. I had just come there a week ago to get another tire so I walked around to look at all my tires changed by them and noticed I had 2 more tires that were the wrong size. Of course I went off, they tried to tell me I would have to pay for new tires and I told them i would not pay for new tires and they will give me new tires in the correct size because they did inform me during my original purchase they did not have tires in my size, because if they had told me I wouldn’t have paid for the tires. The fixed the issue, I haven’t been back since."
