"I paid 450 for an alternator. 400 was paid in cash and they refused to give me cash back for my core. Expected me to drive all the way back to old nat just so they can take a look at my receipt. Won’t be doing business here again. Told me I can return my core anywhere and when I did advance auto parts Decatur also tried to tell me to go back to old nat. I’ll just do my business with Oreillys from now on."

"I went in today because I thought my customer had a bad battery. My tester said it was bad but Marco tested it in the store & it tested good. So I left it in the counter & went to grab my oil & filter. When I walked back up he was cleaning the battery for me, I didn’t even ask for that but he went the extra mile. He tested it again & it still tested good. I have a business account, when I have him the number to look up my account he called the number & my phone rang. He was verifying that I wasn’t just trying to use someone’s account for a discount. He’s the first person to do that & think that was a good way to make sure just anybody can’t use my account. All in all I had a good experience today & will definitely be back to see Marco."
