"I came here to get a alignment, he made every excuse to not perform alignment he say I need a new tire rod end but i had already replace front end week prior the front end had no play."

"Some of the workers are nice. The Jamaican that wears the hat that worked on my car seemed rude and a bit irritated. The one with the dreaded hair is sweet. The one with the orange hat acted like he didn’t want to be at work and didn’t say hey after I said hey twice to him and thank you about 3 times to him. Can’t stand people like this. If you don’t have customer service you need to be in a warehouse working not only that but my wheel still isn’t aligned 100% I can still feel it turning just a little bit. I would say 97% it’s good but I paid for 100% so idc how close to good it is…it needs to be perfect"

"Very unorganized! They had no idea how to align my F350. I explained ed to them what truck I have, and they said "no problem," we can do it. When I arrived, they said " man, that's a big truck." They decided they couldn't do the alignment. I would not bring my kids Tonka truck here."

"Not the cleanest place, but the staff was very understanding and nice. They were able to spot out my lose upper control arm on the passenger side! They even let me keep a receipt for next time when I return for an alignment."

"I came here for a wheel alignment. While waiting, went to grab some food, came back, and they said it was done. I paid them and drove off. My car veered all the way to the right. It was obvious no work had been done at all. As soon as I pulled back up to the place, he said" we did the best we could" without me even saying anything and gave me my money back. This could have easily been a scam if I didn't return immediately. They did no work and charged me. He knew he was wrong which is why I didn't even have to tell him how furious I was. I had my whole family in the car thinking it was safe enough to drive. Do not go here."
