"I stopped by today when the brakes in our Chrysler Pacifica were acting up. I walked in and the manager immediately stepped outside with me to take a look at the vehicle. He admitted he had never seen the problem before that he did with my brakes (since my vehicle was newer) but he was able to diagnose the problem quickly after running some diagnostic tests. He was able to provide me with a solution and did not charge me a dime for his time to do so. I will be back after ordering the needed part for installation. I highly recommend this business for auto care as they were honest, quick, and friendly. Thank you, again Precision Tune!"

"DO NOT COME HERE! They will not actually put oil in your car. I have driven 1k miles since I got it changed and I’m dry and need another oil change. I called to ask what Milage I was at when I got the oil change 116,xxx and I’m currently at 117,xxx. I said why would I need an oil change after 1k mile and they said I have a leak. No one told me and they lady who answered said “it’s on my receipt I should have read it” so rude!! You would think they would inform you if you had a leak. I also have no evidence of a leak on my driveway. I’m at another precision auto care and they can’t find my information anywhere in their system. They also didn’t report any service done to my car. My carfax was not updated! They are also telling me I have no leak. My assumption is that they put enough oil in to turn my light off and that was it! I also paid for the premium oil change and my air pressure was not check because I had to put air in it after I left. It really is pour business and I will not be back. Maybe they thought they could scam me as a women but now I know to keep record. I’m at a different location and they are very nice and even offered to change my break light for free due to the inconvenience this place has left me in. Also the keep leaving comments on the bad reviews to reach out to them and the lady on the phone is so incredibly rude and does not try to fix or come to a resolution just blames you for not reading the receipt."

"I've used this place for years but this location, Cobb Pkwy, is the worst‼️‼️‼️ They have not put my dipstuck back in twice and for got to close my hood and it started to rise up on the highway. I paid for premium bit tire pressure wasn't checked because I had to add air not long after leaving the place. Asked everytime to check my transmission fluid...haven't done that either. It's just the cobb pkwy location and I've used this company even when I lived out of state. I recommend using a totally different place all together for car maintenance."
